The Monument Sathorn is Sansiri's legacy condominium brand returning to market after a decade, now backed by Sansiri's first strategic joint venture with Nomura Real Estate (Thailand), a 55:45 partnership behind a project valued at roughly THB 4.5 billion. Set on Sathorn Soi 10, one of the last privately held plots in Bangkok's old money CBD, the development sits just 80 metres from BTS Saint Louis, tucked away from the traffic of Sathon Road itself. The building rises 29 storeys and holds just 185 freehold units, a genuinely low density count for a site this central. The design concept, Monument of Nature and Heritage, centers on a 55-year-old pink trumpet tree preserved at the entrance, alongside natural materials like Arabescato marble and White Travertine carried through the lobby, sky facilities and penthouse interiors.
